Defective Material

Dematic product is warranted against manufacturer defects for 1 year from date of purchase (excluding wear items). Please contact the Dematic Parts Department for resolution and replacement. Return authorization ("RA") may be issued at the discretion of Dematic. Replacement material will be shipped as ground freight at Dematic's expense. If premium freight is required, customer is responsible for freight charges. All returns must be shipped back within 15 days of RA date.

Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Part

Please do not refuse shipments from Dematic, but check your order immediately upon arrival. All damages must be noted on the freight bill. Please contact the Dematic Parts Department for resolution and replacement. All parts must be kept until Dematic advises resolution. Return authorization ("RA") may be issued at the discretion of Dematic. Replacement material will be shipped by the same method as the original order. Any claims for discrepancies must be made within 5 business days of order receipt.

Returns Policy

Dematic reviews requests to return parts on a case-by-case basis. Approval from Dematic is required prior to any return by contacting Dematic Parts Department. Once the return is approved a return authorization will be issued. Only stock items can be returned and are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Items must be returned in the original crate/package material along with the return authorization documentation. All return shipments must be prepaid, collect shipments will be refused and returned to sender.
